30-Day Return Window:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility & Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, contact us at info@molanizzi.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package to our location or a designated fulfillment center. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees:
- Buyer’s Remorse: For returns where the customer changed their mind (e.g., wrong size or preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact us at info@molanizzi.com
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, plants), custom/personalized products, and personal care goods (beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us
