1. Handling Time:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times:

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders globally.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 4 – 12 business days.
  • Cost: $0.00
  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or seasonal peaks.

3. Tracking Once shipped:

You will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24-48 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

For international orders, all customs fees, tariffs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are imposed by your local government and are not included in our checkout total.

5. Damages and Lost Packages:

We want you to receive your items in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email info@molanizzi.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact us within 5 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
